The Polare POVD-123 6GN Chef Drawer is a premium refrigerated drawer unit for hotels, restaurants, and catering environments. Built from durable stainless steel, this commercial chef base offers long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance. It has a capacity of 168 liters, providing ample refrigerated space for storing ingredients, prepped food, or garnishes.

It operates on a single-phase, 220 V power supply with a wattage of 500 W and frequency of 50–60 Hz. The unit features two drawers, allowing quick and convenient retrieval of items during service. It can accommodate 3 x 1/1 GN containers, offering flexible storage options for different food types. This commercial chef drawer uses an R290 refrigerant. It also features an auto defrost system, reducing maintenance needs and keeping the cooling performance consistent.
