The Polare PORW-98 Refrigerated Worktable is designed for chilled ingredient storage and prep use in commercial kitchens, cafes, and catering stations. Built with a stainless steel body, it supports daily food preparation tasks and maintains ingredient freshness for cold service lines. This refrigerated worktable runs on 220–240 V, 1 phase power with 170 W consumption, suitable for standard foodservice electrical setups.

It maintains a temperature range from +2°C to +6°C for cold ingredient handling in busy kitchens. A digital control panel allows quick temperature adjustment during operations. The ventilated cooling system supports consistent performance, while the automatic defrost function reduces manual maintenance during extended hours of service.

The unit accommodates 2 x 1/3 GN and 1 x 1/2 GN containers (not included), suitable for salad, sandwich, and pizza prep. Two stainless steel dividers are included for organized ingredient placement.
