The Hoshizaki Flake Ice Maker is a commercial-grade ice machine designed for foodservice, hospitality, and catering operations. The ice maker connects directly to a fresh water supply of 0.5-0.8 Pa, consuming approximately 150 liters. The digital control system provides easy operation and precise monitoring. Foam-injected polyurethane insulation helps preserve ice quality inside the bin.

This commercial flake ice maker functions with water temperatures of 5–35°C and ambient conditions from +5°C to +40°C.
