The Tecnodom CKATT05 Blast Chiller/Freezer is designed for rapid chilling and freezing of prepared foods. The minimum temperature is 3°C for chilling, and the freezer temperature range is -18°C to 90°C, supporting versatile food preparation requirements. Cooling times are 90 minutes for chilling and 240 minutes for freezing, with a shocker capacity of 23 kg (chill) and 12 kg (freeze), accommodating medium-sized batches efficiently. The unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz, and 1424 W wattage, suitable for commercial kitchen electrical standards.

It is designed to function in ambient temperatures up to 30°C, making it suitable for hot kitchen environments. The solid door maintains temperature stability.
