The Tecnodom CKATT10 Blast Chiller/Freezer is designed for rapid chilling and freezing of cooked and prepared foods. It is built with stainless steel and a silver finish, supporting durability in demanding foodservice environments. The unit offers a 190 L internal capacity, suitable for controlled batch chilling and freezing. It supports GN 1/1 gastronorm compatibility, allowing seamless integration with hospitality trays and kitchen workflows.

This commercial blast chiller and freezer accommodates 10 trays, each with a 600 x 400 mm tray size, and maintains a 70 mm distance between trays. It operates at a minimum temperature of 3°C for chilling and a freezer temperature range of -18°C to 90°C, covering a wide range of foodservice applications. The cooling time is rated at 90 minutes for chilling and 240 minutes for freezing, supporting batch processing.

The shocker capacity handles up to 25 kg for chilling and 15 kg for freezing, making it suitable for commercial kitchen production schedules. It supports operation in kitchens with a maximum ambient temperature of 43°C, making it suitable for hot kitchen conditions. This model features 1 solid door, supporting thermal stability.
