The Nayati Commercial Gas Dim Sum Steamer is a professional Asian cooking gas steamer designed for restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, and foodservice operations. Constructed with durable Stainless Steel AISI 304 and AISI 430, this free-standing unit is built for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It operates on LPG or Natural Gas and features three high-performance atmospheric burners delivering a total gas power output of 33 kW for efficient steaming performance.

The steamer offers a cooking zone diameter of Ø 600 mm, making it suitable for preparing a variety of dim sum and steamed dishes.
