Operating on natural gas with 30/50 m/bar pressure, this direct heat boiling pan delivers consistent cooking performance. The unit runs on 220-240V single-phase power with minimal 0.5 ampere electrical draw, incorporating a solenoid valve for automated water control.

The unit measures 800x900x870 millimeter (WxDxH), featuring a durable stainless steel work surface with 20-10 millimeter thickness. The well size of 575x596 millimeter provides ample cooking space, while the IPX5 rating ensures protection against water jets.
